Team Red is my passion project, for people who share the same love for fitness and bodybuilding I do. No. Beginners through national level competitors are all welcome. Programming and check ins scale to where you actually are, not where you wish you were.
A full gym is ideal, but I've coached clients running solid home setups and even pure dumbbell programs. Tell me what equipment you have access to on the application and I'll build around it.
Biweekly for Foundation, weekly for Foundation+, daily for Ascendance. Check ins are when I see your numbers, photos, and how the week actually went, then adjust the plan from there.
A custom training program, macros and a nutrition framework, check in feedback, and direct messaging access between check ins. Higher tiers add video calls, posing reviews, blood work review, and supplement guidance.
Coaching is billed monthly. Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or whatever's most convenient for you. We'll figure out the right method on our intro call so you're never pushed into a payment system you don't use.
